The Role: As the Sommelier you will play a pivotal role in the success of the establishment.
You will oversee all aspects of daily wine operations, ensuring exceptional service and flawless execution.
Skills and Experience: Proven leadership skills with exceptional communication abilities.
A warm and engaging personality that fosters a welcoming environment.
Previous experience in wine training with proven sales in wine on a restaurant floor.
Strong awareness of costings to engage in writing a wine menu with currently over 800 labels.
Bonus: One who has a focus on their own health and well being.
