About the role In this role you will have a regional sales focus, developing strong local networks and a keen understanding of the needs of the rural area. You will develop, implement and manage sales activities that deliver the individual and region sales budget sets, whilst building the brand. Clipex believes in providing solutions for their clients, not just supplying products and you will develop strong client relationships and an in-depth knowledge of Clipex products & services. This role will be developing incoming leads as well as generating your own, in-line with the Clipex vision and purpose.
Key Responsibilities Develop in-depth knowledge of Clipex products & servicesDevelop & manage sales plan to achieve sales budget incl existing clients, obtaining new clients, scheduling visits, field/demo daysAssist in determining pricing for quotes, promotions & negotiationsDevelop & manage a weighted Sales Pipeline Develop, enhance and\or follow sales processes & procedures, maintain accurate CRM (Oracle Netsuite) & sales recordsUpdate weekly & monthly activity plans & sales reportsUnderstand & monitor competition in the regionManage & resolve client complaintsMaintain good working knowledge of the industry by attending field days, reviewing industry publications, building personal networks & participating in industry forums/networksManage end-to-end sales process including fielding enquiries from clients, providing sales quotes, through to fulfilmentWork with Branch to schedule fulfilment of orders including freight & logisticsThe Ideal Candidate 2 years min experience in a similar role with a strong sales result (preferable)Excellent client relationship skills & an understanding of rural AustraliaPositive personality & strong values with a real desire to help peopleFocusses on people not just productAbility to work autonomously & hit targetsAbility to understand & explain to clients, the practical application of our productsAbility to understand our clients & build trustA "can-do" attitude that is infectiousA high achiever that wants more, given the right opportunity
