In Australia, Adecco has over 50 years industry experience making us the most qualified provider and leading supplier of casual and permanent staff.ResponsibilitiesOur client, a provider of critical communication for public safety, mining and utility customers is seeking a Solutions Lead to drive sales and market share in the wireless communication industry.
This position will be based in Sydney (near North Ryde).The key responsibilities in this position are:•Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet our communication business goals and key performance indicators.•Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Public Safety and Government sector including industries such as mining, transportation, utilities.•Build and maintain strong relationships with our dealer network by understanding their needs and offering customized solutions.•Mentor and manage the Regional Dealer Manager, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge for success.•Lead and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, including participation in tenders and partnerships.•Collaborate with the technical team to design impactful sales solutions and systems for projects.•Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and report on sales activities and outcomes.•Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities.•Support the customer service improvement program to improve customer satisfaction and retention.•Work closely with other department on budget, expenses, financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.•Work closely with the Managing Director on business performance, market conditions, and other relevant metrics.•Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while managing risksYour ProfileRequired Skills/Competencies:•Experience working in the commercial wireless communication or two-way radio industry• Familiar with Telecommunication Industry and Two Way Communication Systems including DMR, P25 and GOV bands•May include some Interstate and International travel.•Possess strong skills with channel management.•Excellent problem solving and organization skills.
•Able to communicate complicated technical issues, with effective presentation skills.
•Excellent written & verbal communication and negotiation skills.
•Ability to meet deadlines.
•Highly innovative and proactive.
•Should be able to handle varied tasks.
