Chang's rely on our top-ranked platform which now includes Zenput to manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, operational tasks and audits.About the roleAs a Solution Engineer, you will play a critical role in the success of our organization by supporting our sales team with aligning Crunchtime's solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. You will be responsible for the technical evaluation of our solution, including deep discovery to understand each client's goals, challenges and business pain, collaborating with sales and leadership on strategy and presentations, and developing creative, story-based product demos that are tailored to each customer and focused on the value that our solution brings to the client. The Solution Engineer is an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys working in a team-selling environment, and is eager to make a positive impact.What you'll do as a Solution EngineerPartner with Account Executives to understand customers needs and requirements, and develop a strategy to position Crunchtime's solutions to meet those needsPrepare and deliver technical presentations tailored to the business needs and goals of existing and prospective customersProvide a deep level of product knowledge and skillfully answer technical and functional product questions as part of the sales cycleDeliver tailored solution demonstrations geared towards the prospects current pain and future state valueDevelop trusted relationships with technical buyersLead technical discussions around enterprise architecture including integration strategiesWork closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, marketing, and customer successEnsure customer success by acting as the liaison between sales and implementation teamsPrepare and communicate responses to RFPsSupport Marketing events including webinars, conferences and trade showsWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in pre-sales as a solution or sales engineerExceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build and deliver compelling presentations including written, oral and presentationStrong leadership skills leveraged to own and lead all technical aspects of the sales process.Experience working within sales methodologiesAbility to simultaneously manage multiple accounts and opportunitiesMotivated, positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitudeTrack record of successful sales performanceMinimum of 4 years of professional experienceTravel, as necessary, including international.Bachelor's DegreeNice to havesPrevious experience supporting cloud sales in the hospitality industryExperience with Inventory Management, ERP, LMS, and/or operations execution solutionsExperience with the Demo2Win or other solutions engineering methodologiesTechnical skills including basic programming in web-based technologies APIs and integration methodologies, Cloud infrastructure and security, broad understanding of computing environments and technologies.What you'll getSuperannuation: We are covering the minimum required by law (if it changes, we will adhere to what is required)Annual leave: You are entitled to 4 weeks paid annual leave for each year of service in accordance with the FW Act. - Flexible PTO is possible, but anything after statutory will not accrueLearning and development stipend: $1500 USD annuallyGym Allowance: $25 USD monthlyOffice space in MelbournePaid HolidaysParental leave for 10 weeks fully paidEqual Employment Opportunity StatementAt Crunchtime, we are an equal opportunity employer.
