About The Role
The Solutions Consultant is passionate about identifying and solving complex business problems for our new and existing clients. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, product knowledge and consulting and advisory services to our Sales & Customer Success Teams and New & Existing Clients. You will play a crucial role in the sales & customer success process by matching each Client's needs with the appropriate ReadyTech solution(s)

Using your expertise, you will assist with scope requirements, field design documentation, and change request testing. You will also act as an "expert" product resource for customers and will be expected to communicate and prioritise customer requirements to other areas of the business. A focal point of your role involves optimising overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales & Customer Success Teams to identify Client needs and provide technical expertise and consulting services to propose solutions that align with their business goals Actively engage with clients to understand their pain points, challenges, and requirements Prepare and conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations to Clients (new & existing) Provide technical knowledge and consulting to customers to assist them in identifying their requirements and aligning them with our solutions in. Level 1, 35 Saunders Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Product Management, Development teams and other departments to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption Provide input into proposals, RFPs, and other customer documents Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology developments, and competitive landscape to inform and improve our solutions and sales/customer success strategy
Skills Required
Understanding of Australian and/or NZ Payroll Compliance Familiar with SaaS business models and Sales Strategies Have an appreciation for the nuances of working in a growing business, working alongside developers and other technical and non-technical business resources More than 2+ years in a similar role Experience developing and delivering successful client solutions, pre/sales Experience with HRM, Payroll or RTA software and Salesforce in. Experienced in dealing with pressure, tight deadlines, and meeting client expectations Experience in a customer-facing role Experience of building effective working relationships with cross functional teams such as Sales & Customer Success
