Solutions Consultant

Accucom is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering data and application solutions to a range of clients, primarily across the K-12 independent education sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data analysis, application development, and related technologies, as well as experience in consulting and managing client expectations.

About The Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will:

Review data and application environments and provide actionable feedback. Design, build, and execute data solutions for complex issues. Train and support users in adopting new applications and data systems. Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure the integrity, privacy, and security of client data. Evaluate and enhance data collection and analysis procedures.
Requirements
In previous roles the successful candidate will have:
Independently analysed business requirements and constraints and designed suitable solutions. Managed and optimised data systems to improve efficiency and scalability. Designed and built complex data integration systems. Led cross-functional teams in the deployment of enterprise applications. Implemented data security measures and ensured compliance with industry regulations and best practices. Lead data architecture and modelling discussions. Worked with clients to document business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions. Conducted training sessions on new software tools and data management practices.
