The Move Management Consultant is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end process of the corporate household goods process both domestically and internationally in an efficient and timely manner for our corporate clients across the AUNZ region. A day in the life of a Move Management Consultant includes but is not limited to:
The successful execution of the moving services component of corporate relocations including ancillary services Action customer needs within the household goods policy counseling Ensuring database accuracy and communication of information to clients, vendors, and colleagues Reconciling and authorizing invoices & billing needs to guarantee up-to-date cost management for both the client and business. The following skill set will set you up for success:
Previous Mobility, Moving Services, or similar industry experience is highly advantageous Previous experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essential Possess strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platforms Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed Be highly organized with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Competent in Microsoft Office suite Apply Now!
