Solution Architect - Microsoft PlatformAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect specializing in the Microsoft Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions utilizing Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, and the broader Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture principles and hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies to drive business transformation and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design: Lead the design of end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft Platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical best practices.Solution Development: Develop and customize solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, and Power Platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and technologies.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and other architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design specifications, architectural diagrams, and user guides.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and trends, and recommend improvements to existing solutions and processes.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.Qualifications:Experience in solution architecture, with a focus on the Microsoft Platform, Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, and Power Platform.Technical Skills:Extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps, and Power Platform.Strong understanding of architectural principles and patterns.Proficiency in integration techniques.Soft Skills:Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
