Job Description
As the Solutions Architect for Managed Cloud Services, you will lead the way in developing and managing innovative solutions within the NCS Australia Managed Services portfolio. Your collaboration with industry experts will allow you to design, implement, and optimise cloud environments, empowering our clients to fully harness the potential of the cloud.
You will architect the future of cloud solutions across public, private, and edge environments. By staying ahead of technology trends and exploring emerging technologies, you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional solutions. Ensuring seamless delivery and support for our clients will be key to your success.
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be the vital link between the Sales and Delivery teams. Your role will drive business growth through the development and launch of innovative solutions that deliver significant revenue and set us apart in the market. Collaborating with other Practice Leads and functional teams, you will create comprehensive solutions that leverage multiple technologies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role as a Solutions Architect delivering complex IT solutions, particularly in a technology consultancy, systems integrator or managed services provider.
Strong understanding of managed services, cloud technologies, and software-defined services.
Experience in developing standardised offerings and capabilities, including customer-facing pricing and marketing materials.
Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to identify and navigate complex organizational structures.
Understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Remaining abreast of current and emerging technologies and industry trends.
