A high profile membership organisation, known for its commitment to delivering innovative digital experiences for its members, is currently seeking a Sitecore Solution Designer to join their team. This role will play a central part in designing and implementing digital solutions through Sitecore, focusing on customer engagement and optimising digital content management.
As the Sitecore Solution Designer, you will be responsible for the development and integration of Sitecore CMS, collaborating closely with digital, UX and development teams to create seamless and engaging user journeys. Your expertise will guide the strategic roadmap, supporting this membership organisation's mission to provide best-in-class digital services.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing high-quality, scalable and robust Sitecore-based solutions that meet business requirements and align with the organisation's digital strategy.Leading Sitecore CMS implementation projects from concept through to launch, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, product owners and senior management, to translate business goals into technical solutions.Continuously improving the Sitecore platform, enhancing content delivery, user engagement and personalisation features.Producing comprehensive documentation for architecture, technical specifications, and user journeys to support ongoing solution enhancement and scalability.Working with third-party vendors, especially during integration phases, to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with the Sitecore ecosystem.To succeed in this role, you will offer:
A proven track record of success as a Solution Designer with extensive experience in Sitecore CMS, including successful delivery of Sitecore-based projects.Strong expertise in the .NET framework and relevant Sitecore tools, as well as a knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud services.A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate project challenges and adapt solutions to maximise user engagement and digital service efficiency.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive solutions that align with the organisation's vision.This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape and influence digital service offerings for a major membership organisation.
