They are seeking multiple experienced Solution Architects or Solution Designers to provide expert guidance on solution design best practices and lead the creation of technical designs aligned with reference solutions and enterprise architecture principles.
This role sits between a Solution Architect and Solution Designer, with a focus on solution design rather than implementation.
The client has numerous key projects that require your expertise, offering growth opportunities and a diverse range of challenges.
Current areas of expertise required include Cybersecurity, M365, Backup, Storage, Azure, Cloud, SharePoint, Co-pilot, On-prem hardware, Networking, and Integration.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar Solution Architect role and a strong desire to learn new technologies and skills.
You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams will foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Technical Project Management experience is desirable but not essential.
Key Responsibilities: Leverage expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Microsoft and various software, hardware, and applications.
Specific tech stack experience is not required; your skills will be matched to the right project.
Demonstrate self-motivation, proactivity, and creativity, inspiring and influencing others in your work.
Collaborate positively with developers and testers during solution design.
Provide reports on Solution Architect initiatives and performance through relevant channels.
Work with internal and external vendors and cross-functional services to ensure successful project outcomes.
Apply change management practices to ensure customer requirements are addressed appropriately.
Ensure adherence to Solution Architect methodologies, processes, and reporting standards.
Remain focused on continuous improvement and stay informed about emerging technologies.
Coordinate the acquisition of necessary solution resources, including ICT hardware, software, and services.
