You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers, ensuring that business goals are met through smart, scalable AI implementations.
You'll have experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech company and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand and scope out their data assets and requirements, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.Data Mapping: Analyse customer data and design the appropriate data mapping strategies that link their data sources with Decidr's AI solutionsSolution Design: Develop solution architectures that integrate customer systems and datasets with Decidr.ai's AI platform, ensuring scalability and efficiency.Technical & Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with both commercial and technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are met in a cost-effective and technically sound manner.AI Integration: Guide the implementation of AI solutions, working alongside engineers and data scientists to customise AI models that deliver actionable insights.Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions being delivered.BDM: Be involved in business development discussions directly at the customer level to help land new customers. Develop ideas and processes that can be applied to a range of prospects in different verticals.
