If so, let's talk.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect for our AI, Analytics and Automation Practice to design and implement solutions that meet our client's business requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of machine learning, AI solutions, and foundational skills such as data engineering and cloud technologies.The candidate will often be leading technical teams, both local and offshore, and will be responsible for presenting technical solutions and concepts both to our clients and to IBM Consulting colleagues.Design and implement AI solutions that meet business requirementsProject EstimationEnsure data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with client stakeholders to identify AI, Analytics and Automation needs, and help them understand how their needs will be satisfied by the technical solutionLead technical teams and mentor less experienced team membersRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in AI, AI Governance, data engineering, or related fieldPreferably a strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousingDemonstrated experience in cloud-based AI and data tools and technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)Preferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseExcellent communication, leadership, and project management skillsA background in consulting would be highly desirableYour industry-specific experience will also be highly valuable, whether it is in contact centre, utilities or another industryLocation: Melbourne or Regional Victoria.
