Solicitor - Property Law

This job requires the services of a solicitor to primarily practice in the property law area.
General duties will include all aspects of property matters up to settlement.
Skills and experience: Proven experience in handling conveyancing files to completion Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent work ethic Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and client expectations Your main responsibility will be managing conveyancing files from start to finish, including: Liaising with professionals such as agents, conveyancers, solicitors, and financial institutions Preparation of Contracts for Sale of Land and other documents Reviewing contracts for prospective purchasers Obtaining relevant searches and certificates Administration as required Please note that all applications will be reviewed but we will only contact those candidates that we feel meet our criteria.
