Solicitor Or Licenced Conveyancer

We are a general law practice located in Sydney CBD practising in the area of property law, conveyancing, mortgage and commercial litigation.We are seeking a property lawyer or licenced conveyancer with no less than 2 years post admission experience.The successful candidate will:be familiar with conveyancing (both established and off the plan property), leasing and purchase/sale of business;be proficient in PEXA and Leap;be able to work autonomously and manage their own files with minimum supervision;have exceptional time management and client management skills.Chinese language skill (Mandarin/Cantonese) is highly regarded.Remuneration will be commensurate with the experience.Please send the application with a current CV and academic transcript.Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayExperience:Conveyancing: 2 years (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
