As a Senior Solicitor/Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and commercial property transactions. You will work closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
In addition to your key responsibilities, you will be expected to generate new work and create strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities: Autonomously manage and oversee the whole conveyancing process for residential and commercial properties.Provide expert legal advice to clients on property transactions.Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.Conduct due diligence and property searches.Liaise with clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other parties involved in the transactions.Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.Maintain accurate records and manage case files effectively.Build new and maintain existing strong client and referral partner relationships.Consistently meet and exceed established KPIs relating to lead generation activities and revenue generation.Preparation of settlement figures in an accurate and timely manner. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a valid practicing certificate.Proven experience in residential and commercial conveyancing.Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.Proficiency in the PEXA settlement platform.Knowledge and experience with Smokeball legal software will be highly regarded.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, manage a busy caseload and meet strict deadlines.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Adaptability, dependability, and the ability to think quickly.The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proven experience in developing new referral partnerships and attracting new clients.
