Solicitor Or Licenced Conveyancer

We are a general law practice located in Sydney CBD practising in the area of property law, conveyancing, mortgage and commercial litigation.
We are seeking a property lawyer or licenced conveyancer with no less than 2 years post admission experience.
The successful candidate will:

be familiar with conveyancing (both established and off the plan property), leasing and purchase/sale of business;
be proficient in PEXA and Leap;
be able to work autonomously and manage their own files with minimum supervision;
have exceptional time management and client management skills.

Chinese language skill (Mandarin/Cantonese) is highly regarded.
Remuneration will be commensurate with the experience.
