He or shewill also provide advice as required in relation to public lawissues, statutory interpretation, entitlement to compensation andquantum, and may be required to act as instructing solicitor in alitigated claim.
The successful applicant may also be required towork across the wider CENT Section.
The role allows flexible working arrangements in accordance with SA Government policies which includes hybrid working arrangementswith duties performed from both on-site premises and working fromhome.

About the Business The Crown Solicitor's Office, through the Attorney-General,provides legal services to government, Ministers, agencies anddepartments, including legal advice, representation before courtsand tribunals, negotiating commercial contracts, drafting andproduction of legal documents, counsel for the conduct of summaryprosecutions and Magistrates' appeals, native title claimmanagement, land conveyancing and investigation.
The River Torrens to Darlington (T2 D) Project is the final10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, and will complete 78kmof non-stop, traffic light-free motorway between Gawler and Old Noarlunga.
This is a multibillion dollar project that will delivera wide range of social, economic, environmental and safetybenefits, not only for Adelaide, but for all of South Australia.
The Northern Water Project will (followingrequisite approvals being obtained) involve the construction andoperation of a 260 ML/day seawater desalination plant (in twostages) in the Spencer Gulf connected to northern South Australiavia up to 600km of pipeline.
