Solicitor - Graduate

Lin Tang & Co Lawyers have offices in Sydney CBD and Beijing.
We are looking for someone who is a graduate solicitor or about to be admitted, and has special interest in migration, property, and conveyancing, however, you will also be exposed a broad mix of interesting matters ranging from civil litigation to family law.
You will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners, in a firm which is an OMARA-approved CPD provider.
Our client-base consists mainly of corporate clients and high-net worth individuals and practice extensively in:
Commercial and corporate law.Immigration law;.Conveyancing/property law; andFamily law.This position will suit a driven and competent graduate lawyer with strong community ties and interest in immigration and property law.
In order to be successful in this role you need to:
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.Have a NSW practicing certificate (or pre-admission).Have basic knowledge of LEAP.Have work experience in migration law and conveyancing/property law.Have ability to multitask, prioritise and meet competing deadlines.Be honest, responsible, organised, and diligent. #J-18808-Ljbffr
