We are in our third year of operation and are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join the team. We focus on quality conveyancing services and provide client-focused property advice, solutions, and outcomes.
This would be an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of experience with property, contracts, or the conveyancing process for residential and "off the plan" sales and purchases.
The successful applicant will have the support of a highly collaborative team, with the autonomy to manage their own files and clients.
Responsibilities: Providing general advice and support to clients regarding their property purchase or sale; Interacting with stakeholders regarding contract contents and amendments; Matter management, including monitoring of important client milestones and obligations; Liaising with banks, mortgage brokers, and other related stakeholders to ensure the timely settlement of matters; Conducting searches and producing settlement statements and documents for client matters; Arranging settlements on behalf of clients via PEXA and with our internal settlement team.
