Case Manager, CTP Permanent Full Time Location: Parramatta The Opportunity

Your New Role
Deliver exceptional customer service Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through an ever-changing variety of situations and challenges Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and supporting them through their recovery Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Manage end-to-end claims with the help of your leaders Let's talk flexible working! About You
Insurance claims or allied health experience highly advantageous Be customer focused and genuinely care about people Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life) The confidence to make decisions and be empowered Be able to actively listen to people and guide them through the claims process in a natural and empathetic manner on the phone Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems About QBE
