14th November, 2024 Our role We are seeking a Solicitor with at least 2 years' PAE to join our Commercial Property team on a full-time basis.
To be successful for this role, you will have experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in retail, commercial office and industrial leasing matters, as well as acting for both sellers and buyers in commercial property sales and acquisitions (across all asset classes).

The position will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with clients such as retail and commercial building owners, property developers, family-owned businesses, a national supermarket operator, and Government departments and other statutory bodies.
About you The right person will have drafting and transaction skills and the ability to run files through to completion with guidance from senior lawyers and partners.
You are highly organised and proactive with excellent file management skills.
You enjoy thinking on your feet, ready to consider the commercial context in which legal advice is provided and have a genuine interest in the Real Estate sector and in further developing your expertise as a commercial property lawyer within this sector, with a particular interest in leasing.
To be successful, you need to be confident in building and developing relationships, have a strong attention to detail and pride yourself on your client service skills and a pragmatic approach to identifying the best outcomes for your clients.
You enjoy being involved in achieving optimal outcomes for clients and developing quality relationships with them over time.
