Solicitor 1 - 3 Years Practice

We are looking for 2 energetic, confident, and self-reliant solicitors who are looking to progress their careers (in their preferred areas of legal practice) to senior associate level with a salary commensurate with their performance. In particular, we are looking to employ a suitable solicitor in each of our Minyama and Buderim offices who are experienced and interested in: Commercial leases and business sales Commercial and company litigation Family law Estate litigation and family provision applications Probate and administration applications Mediations Company structures Discretionary and fixed trusts Commercial experience The salary package offered includes a base salary and increasing remuneration according to fee performance. The people we are looking for will not require micro-management and will enjoy the freedom and flexibility we offer. Ethics, honesty, and loyalty to clients and our firm are the attributes in our team members we value most. We generally work from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm but with flexibility to meet client needs.
