In this role, you will support property claims focused Solera entities present in the Australian market (ENData and in4mo).
ENData offers Property Claims Services to high-profile insurance brands across Australia through its integrated SaaS platform.
in4mo is a leading provider of Building Claims solutions in several markets, supporting insurance companies and the property damage restoration companies that serve them.
The Role We are looking for an Implementation Specialist , as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer-focused products. This role reports directly to the Head of Implementation in APAC.
What You'll Do Support the pre and post sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Property Claims Platform. Technical customer facing expert , able to communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts, i.e., customer workflow adaptation and API integration. Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy. Develop the Statement of Work based on customer requirements. Collaborate with both product and training teams to deliver customer requirements and work with the broader Solera team to deliver new product developments. Configure the business configuration on the platform based on customer requirements. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Endata Platform, particularly understanding the configuration and integration capabilities. Occasionally train the customer on the newly delivered configuration. Document test scenarios of configuration to support QA. Cross-functional alignment with product and sales to ensure alignment on roadmap, and delivery in line with customer/revenue expectations. Provide 3rd level support on customer deliveries and the Property Claims Platform, triaging and prioritizing tickets based on priority. What You'll Bring University Degree in Business , Engineering , Computer Science , or equivalent. 5+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs, utilizing high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology. Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in property claims or insurance markets, able to 'think out of the box' to deliver value solutions to customers. Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication. Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver the best results with the least cost. Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team, passionate about collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail. Extensive use of JIRA, Confluence, and Office365. Experience in technical implementations/integration projects and configuration, particularly covering any of SOA, APIs, API management, SOAP, XSLT, Postman, Swagger, OAuth, XML, CSS. Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, and also with more traditional structured approaches such as Waterfall project implementations.
