Solargain Gippsland are a family run business that have been installing Solar PV, Battery & Off-Grid systems in Gippsland since 2018.
We are looking for a new member to join our team in 2024 based at our Bairnsdale office, you will be working full-time as a key resource in ensuring the efficient and effective administration within the business.
A great amount of flexibility is required to be able to take on a number of different tasks at once.
You should be an effective problem solver with great attention to detail, have a proactive approach and be a real team player, who is still happy to work independently.
We pride ourselves on providing quality industry knowledge so a passion for renewables would be an advantage.
Duties Assist in answering phones and handling queries; Respond to inquiries from customers and attend a wide range of matters and provide timely, accurate and consistent advice and information on renewables and services; Booking appointments for the sales team; Processing sales orders into invoices to customers; Pre and post job paperwork preparation, collation and filing (electronically); Liaising with customers and installers in relation to jobs; Assist in entering relevant customer information, enquiries into Solargain's CRM, including for sales and service; Warranty claim lodging; Your application will include the following questions: Do you have experience in administration?
