```html Job Description Randstad Digital is partnering with a government organisation in the healthcare sector to find a talented S/4HANA Solution Architect to join them on an initial contract until January 2025 with likely extension.
Our client's SAP suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector, along with the SAP S/4HANA finance, business, and logistics solution.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and management of solutions, identifying and managing risks and issues. Analyse business requirements and system specifications to ensure alignment with business needs. Solve complex system and technological problems to provide innovative solutions. Develop system architecture and design specifications in compliance with relevant standards. Consult with business owners for ongoing enhancement and development of corporate system applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver agreed business outcomes. Provide expert advice and support in quality reviews of deliverables. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP solutions, IT innovation, and business needs. Skills & Experience: Proven experience in delivering complex SAP solutions across finance/supply chain modules. Understanding of Health and/or ERP initiatives, including General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Management Accounting and Budgeting, Asset Management, Real Estate, Inventory Management, Operational Procurement, and Extended Warehouse Management. Ability to translate complex SAP concepts to achieve business outcomes. Extensive architectural experience, including mentoring and cross-team collaboration. Strong client service skills and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult and negotiate with stakeholders. Experience in highly integrated ERP environments as part of large-scale transformations. Expert knowledge in integration strategies and solution architecture. Minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in similar roles. Evaluation Criteria: Ability to perform effectively within a large, complex ICT environment. Leadership and architectural design skills in integrated ERP solutions. Expertise in SAP solutions and systems integration. Ability to incorporate emerging technologies into architectural frameworks.
