If you want to change the planet, come join us.About the RoleThis role is all about diving deep into the challenges faced by production teams, discovering exciting opportunities to streamline solutions and unify the tools used across the board.
You'll be at the forefront, testing and deploying cutting-edge production management to enable reliable and efficient operation of Heirloom's carbon removal facilities.
Collaborating closely with developers and production staff, you'll lead the charge on standardizing solutions and consolidating tools used by production managers, shift supervisors, and operations/maintenance technicians to support production scheduling, monitoring, and alerting.
By harnessing real-time data and feedback from the production floor, you'll drive continuous improvements that push performance to the next level.
And, as a key player, you'll make strategic calls on technical complexity and timelines, while delivering a compelling product roadmap to stakeholders.What you will bringAlong with your 6+ years of experience working in production or manufacturing environments, you've taken products from concept to launch and have a knack for building innovative software solutions that transform plant or facility operations.
You'll bring your expertise in production planning, performance monitoring, and cross-functional communication to deliver products that will facilitate the operation of carbon removing facilities.
Hands-on experience with UX design, SCADA architectures, and software development will allow you to directly influence every aspect of the product.
With a deep understanding of platform development lifecycles and production management tools, you'll be driving complex projects to success.
