About the Role
Software Implementation Consultants manage the implementation of our HR solution, with a key focus on our timecard module. The role requires expertise in Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, experience with time & attendance management, and a technical background to ensure seamless integration with payroll systems. Strong SQL Server experience and a background in payroll are essential for handling complex scenarios. Your project management expertise, technical know-how, and excellent communication skills will be critical to success in this role.

You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions to complex people management problems. You will be at the forefront of providing subject matter expertise to our clients and delivering our HR software solutions. What You'll Do:
Implement and project manage our HR solution for new clients, with a focus on the Time & Attendance module. Provide extraordinary training to our clients on system use and functionality. Consult with existing clients to help them achieve their current and future business goals. Build positive client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering brilliant service. Conduct internal training on product features. Develop training materials for both internal and external use. Keep documentation and management systems up to date. Key Requirements:
Award Interpretation, Time & Attendance Expertise: Deep understanding of interpreting Awards and Enterprise Agreements, focusing on time and attendance tracking. Technical Background: Expertise in implementing, supporting and troubleshooting systems. SQL Server experience, including writing basic queries and stored procedure troubleshooting is highly valuable. Payroll Background: Experience supporting or implementing payroll systems, ensuring accurate integration of interpreted timecard data. Project Management: Manage all phases of project delivery, from initial planning to client handover. Communication Skills: Effective at engaging with stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally. ConnX Experience (Desirable but Not Required): Familiarity with the ConnX HR solution is advantageous but not essential. Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in software consulting, implementation and support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. A background in Award/Enterprise Agreement interpretation and payroll processing is highly valued. SQL experience with the ability to write basic select statements and understand stored procedures. Demonstrated experience in project management and software implementations, ideally in the HR sector. A valid driver's license and access to your own car is required. What We Offer:
