Your new role In this role, you'll thrive in an agile environment with cross-functional collaboration. Key responsibilities include:
Be the technical expert for the team, solving complex challenges. Design solutions that prioritize customer impact. Build relationships with key stakeholders. Lead advanced development activities and mentor junior engineers. Analyse business requirements and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and Subject Matter Experts to develop applications. Support developers in growing both technically and professionally. About you You're an experienced full-stack software engineer with strong communication skills and a talent for solving problems. You bring:
Hands-on experience with client-server and n-tier systems. Skills in coaching and mentoring team members. Broad knowledge of software development life cycle processes.
