Software Engineering Manager

Frazer Tremble are working with their client in their search for a Software Engineering Manager
This role will see you taking ownership of a major piece of work and leading a team of talented professionals, including Engineers, BA's, Tech Leads, Testers, and Solution Architects.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the team to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring quality, and driving the end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to transition to BAU. You will work closely with the team to conceptualise ideas, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, manage stakeholders, and more.

Key Requirements: 5+ years of experience leading Software Engineering teams Strong experience in solution architecture and/or solution design Previous exposure in RPA development is a bonus Ability to conduct reviews and challenge developers on architectural decisions How to Apply:
