As the Software Engineering Lead, this role is responsible for leading the front-end development team in designing, developing and maintaining software products, and requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on creating highly responsive, user friendly applications.

Lead the development and implementation of front-end applications using React, ensuring robust performance and a high-quality user experience.Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using C# and SQL/PostgreSQL.Oversee and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.Work with design teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional and visually appealing interfaces.Manage and optimize workflows using Flux or Redux to maintain application state consistency.Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure the application's performance, scalability, and security.Utilize Figma for collaboration and design handoff with the UI/UX team.What will you need to be successful in the role? Strong communication and collaboration skillsExtensive React experience, ideally 8+ yearsExperience in Full Stack DevelopmentExperience with AngularJS, SQL, Flux/Redux, FigmaExperience delivering successful front-end projects on time and within scopeAbility to provide technical guidance and leadership to the teamKeep up to date with modern engineering technologies and best practiceExperience with Agile ways of workingWe require PR or Citizenship for this role and cannot accept candidates on visas or who are based overseas.
