The Core Software team is a high-performance engineering team responsible for building the fundamental software to manage the ONTAP software product.
You will work as part of a team responsible for the development, testing and debugging of distributed software that drives NetApp cloud, hybrid-cloud and on premise solutions.
As a Software Engineer, you would participate in product design, development, verification, troubleshooting, and delivery of a system or major subsystems.

Job Requirements• Understanding of C, C++, python; systems programming in C is highly desirable • Experience with development in LINUX/UNIX environments • Participate in product design, development, verification, troubleshooting, and delivery of a system or major subsystems • Projects, experiences, or coursework related to areas such as: Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, Multi-Threading, Data Structures & Algorithms • Knowledge of Networking Protocols – TCP / IP, UDP / IP, VLAN etc.
