By joining the Tech team, you'll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.
The Opportunity:Within the SME Vertical at MYOB, the Employers domain is crafting the workflows for the next-generation payroll for the Australian and New Zealand customers.You will join a collaborative, multi-functional agile team enabling new user experiences in payroll systems, building workflows that allow our partner accountants and bookkeepers to have an easy to use, connected, reliable Payroll software.
As a developer joining the team, you will be working alongside other developers, business analysts and UX designers, to build a new superannuation solution for MYOB payroll products and replace the legacy system. You will get exposure to technologies like Copilot for Github, AWS, .NET and React.
You will be involved in the research, analyse & crafting of solutions to a myriad of customer problems. You will work with your peers to drive continuous improvement in our development and DevOps practices all while collaborating to provide outstanding customer experiences.
To be successful in this role:- You are highly passionate about problem-solving and delivering useful software to customers.- You possess good (and we'll help you achieve better) programming skills in any language (our main platform currently uses .NET and React.js).- You have a good understanding of programming fundamentals and concepts- Enjoy working in a collaborative and Agile environmentOur Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
