Our Client:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Software Asset Management Coordinator to support their IT team. You will play a key role in managing the lifecycle of technology assets and licenses, ensuring compliance and optimisation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day software asset management operations, prioritising key activities.
Advise on software license requirements, providing in-depth subject matter expertise.
Manage vendor relationships and software audits, ensuring compliance and accurate licensing.
Lead initiatives to improve asset management systems, ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide regular reporting on software usage trends, identifying opportunities for optimisation and cost savings.
Oversee software license renewals and support strategic projects related to asset management.
About You:
Relevant qualifications in technology asset management or similar, with significant experience managing assets, software, and configurations.
Strong knowledge of software licensing requirements and experience with asset management tools.
Experience on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, and ServiceNow.
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and lead external software audits.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
