Software Architect | Mining | Java, C/C++, Golang About The Opportunity:
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading mining technology company to search for a Software Architect to join their global team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will be focusing on software architecture and code reviewing.
The ideal candidate will have experiences in Java and C/C++ on UNIX/Linux, ideally in embedded engineering.
Previous experiences in Mining/Construction/Engineering industries are also essential.
What You Will Do: Design software architecture for products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architectural direction and product roadmaps.
Review the coding by software engineers.
Work with managers to decompose tasks and estimate effort.
Document and maintain architecture and requirements.
Partner with development teams to implement software solutions.
Contribute throughout the SDLC, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize products while reducing operational costs through DevOps practices.
What You Will Bring: Tertiary education in Computer Science, Engineering or other related disciplines.
Previous architecture experience is essential.
Strong programming experience in Java and C/C++ on UNIX/Linux .
Experiences in Golang would be highly regarded.
Previous experiences in database are essential.
Understanding of embedded engineering is essential.
Must have experiences in Mining/Construction/Engineering/Physical Infrastructure or similar industry.
