If you're looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have an opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Chinchilla Stayover Camp in the western downs area, Qld.
Roster will be 14 days on, 7 days off – 11 hours working day or night shifts.
Who are we looking for?
Experienced, passionate Sous Chefs seeking their next career step.
To be successful, you'll need:

Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
Previous FIFO Chef or Sous Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
Excellent knowledge of HACCP
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - Mandatory
Prior Sous Chef experience highly desirable
Energy & Resources Experience OR FIFO Rostered experience desirable
Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship
