VPRS-GV is a specialist assessment and treatment service for children and adolescents who, as a result of injury, medical/surgical intervention, or functional impairment, will benefit from a program of developmentally appropriate, time-limited, goal-focused, multidisciplinary rehabilitation.The social worker will work as part of the interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality social work services to clients of VPRS-GV. Applicants should have relevant paediatric experience, a strong understanding of social work practice in sub-acute and community settings, and be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a family-centered service within a rural health setting.This is a part-time, 0.3 EFT permanent position suitable for an established Grade 2 clinician. Hours of work may be negotiated upon request.
