Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver top-notch clinical services in the South Burnett cluster. In this role, you'll be at the heart of a collaborative environment, where your expertise will help shape and enhance our quality social work services.
In this role, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You'll start by joining team meetings with doctors, nurses, and specialists to plan and review client care. You'll spend time conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing personalized care plans to address each client's needs. Afternoons will involve assessing client progress, updating records, and connecting with community resources to enhance support. Additionally, you'll participate in case discussions and strategy sessions with your multidisciplinary team. Your work will be integral to delivering high-quality social work services and making a meaningful impact within the South Burnett cluster.
