+ superannuation and salary packagingFull-time temporary up to 12 months About the RoleJoin the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) Mental Health Clinical Program as a Social Worker and play a vital role in providing recovery-focused clinical services to a diverse range of consumers.
In this position, you will deliver consumer-centred, strengths-based rehabilitation services tailored to individual needs, helping clients acquire the skills and resources necessary for fulfilling living, learning, and working in their chosen environments.
You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with inpatient, sub-acute, community, and rehabilitation teams to ensure holistic and culturally sensitive care.As a Social Worker, you will lead and implement assessments, planning, and interventions that enhance recovery-oriented outcomes for consumers and their families.
Your expertise will guide the development of clinical rehabilitation programs that promote social functioning and community participation, ensuring consumers receive the support they need throughout their recovery journey.

Join us in creating a brighter future for those we serve!About YouWe are looking for a dedicated Social Worker who meets the following key requirements: Qualifications: Hold an appropriate degree or equivalent qualification that grants eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers.Clinical Skills: Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate psychosocial education and therapeutic groups, alongside proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as counselling, crisis intervention, and family therapy.Collaborative Approach: Proven experience in working collaboratively with consumers, families, and community services to develop care plans and coordinate comprehensive support for individuals with complex needs.Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of and ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds, coupled with a commitment to consumer participation and empowerment within the recovery process.
