This is a rotation position based within the Allied Health team working across both Hospital campuses. The successful applicant will work closely with medical, nursing, and other allied health professionals in an interdisciplinary capacity to ensure optimal person-centered healthcare is achieved. The new graduate will have the opportunity to join the Allied Health graduate program which provides monthly clinical education, supported by regular supervision. The successful applicant(s) will provide high-quality Social Work service provision and will work as part of the wider clinical team to optimize patient flow and facilitate suitable care pathways into and out of the health service. Flexible hours are required, including some weekend and/or public holiday work.
