In addition to a variety of administrative tasks (including intake calls), you will manage our reception area, handling phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to general email inquiries. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in reception and high-level administration supportCertificate II or III in Business Administration (desirable, but not essential)Valid "C" Class Driver's LicenceAbility to obtain a positive QLD Working with Children Check ("Blue Card")Australian citizenship or permanent residencySkills and Attributes: Proficiency in reception and office administration systemsAdvanced computer literacyStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureExceptional attention to detailConflict resolution skills and the ability to assist those in distressProactive in identifying and suggesting improvements to processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse audiencesAbility to work both collaboratively and independentlyCommitment to social justice and human rights principles, particularly regarding children and young people About Us At the Youth Advocacy Centre, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
