Social media strategy execution: lead the execution of social media strategies, ensuring that campaigns align with clients' goals. Ensure that all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistency in messaging and tone for both corporate and executive positioning. Client relationship management: act as the lead expert contact for clients, in constant communication and guidance of the accounts / project managers, ensuring client satisfaction. Trend analysis and innovation: stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table to enhance the impact of social strategies. Skills and Capabilities: Social media expertise: in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including best practices for corporate and executive branding, as well as consumer-facing campaigns. Experience with paid social strategies is a plus. Leadership and team management: high capabilities on leading and managing cross-functional teams, balancing workloads, and ensuring team collaboration and productivity. Client and Team communication: strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, and manage clients' expectations, and team members.
