Your opportunity The social media manager is responsible for strategy, planning, programming and reporting on the national social accounts to support marketing activity with on-brand and engaging content for our customers.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Develop and implement a social media strategy that supports our marketing and business goals.Plan a dynamic social content calendar and develop campaign flighting plans, contributing to customer journey mapping to ensure cohesion across other channels and platforms.Track, analyse and optimise!
Report on social campaigns (including paid) and metrics, drawing short and long terms insights, that drive results.Lead monthly social planning sessions, encouraging collaboration and innovation.Content curation, creation, and community management.Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing initiatives.What sets you apart? We are looking for a passionate social media expert who is ready and excited to take the social reigns for the Westfield brand.
You will have: Previous experience leading and managing a brand's social media strategy and creation.Proven success growing a brand's social presence.Innate understanding of consumer and content trends and ability to meaningfully translate these into content ideas.Extensive experience in managing end-to-end social content strategy and creation.Ability to work seamlessly within a large marketing team.About us Scentre Group owns 42 Westfield destinations across Australia and New Zealand.
