WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE The Social Media Co-ordinator is responsible for strategy, planning, development and execution of the brand's social media strategy including creating, editing, planning and executing highly-engaging, innovative social media content across all organic channels, amplifying the brand's identity and providing advocacy.
Creative, with a good understanding of utilising analytics to create better outcomes, this role will take responsibility for developing, planning and distributing content that leads to exceptional brand presentation, follower growth, reach and directly attributed organic sales growth for key channels: including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and expanding into Youtube.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Social and Content Strategy
In alignment with the overarching marketing strategy and campaigns, develop and implement the social strategy across channels identifying the opportunity within each and suggested content requirements, budget and KPI's.
Create and implement a social strategy unique to each social platform, understanding the unique algorithms and demographics for each.
Content Creation, Planning and Management
Utilise your strong creative skills to plan, shoot, curate and publish engaging social media content and copy daily across all relevant channels including engaging copywriting and impactful assets.
Edit content to schedule and post across all organic social and paid platforms.
Influencer and KOL: Execution
Work closely with the marketing management team to execute planned influencer strategy.
Leverage existing, identify and develop influencer and KOL relationships nationally and internationally that align with the brand and brand values.
Nurture relationships and execute outreach to our network.
Reporting and Responding to Metrics
Utilising in-app metrics, Google Analytics and website metrics to measure and report on performance (acquisition, engagement, click through and conversion) of all organic digital marketing and social media channels, providing insights, understanding channel performance and making recommendations to key stakeholders.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL POSSESS 1+ years experience within an organic social media-related role with demonstrable results Creative, with extensive experience in creating highly engaging content, suitable for specific target audiences. Experience working with the Adobe suite, scheduling tools and video editing skills essential. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual, creative details and accuracy A passion to deliver excellent community management and rapid response Highly organised, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key functions within the business. A deep understanding of the digital and social media landscape, and the ability to stay ahead of industry trends and drive digital progression Ability to think on a global scale, with both the domestic and international consumer in mind Team player with a positive attitude.
