ABOUT THE ROLE This is an exciting role within MESHKI's incredible Social Team.
Below is a snapshot of what you'll be doing: Content Creation Coordinate the planning, curation, execution and posting across different social media platforms such as Instagram, Instagram stories, Tiktok, Pinterest, Meta.
Edit high volume Instagram reels and Tiktoks in a timely manner without compromising quality.
Attend ecommerce, campaign, social-led photoshoots and branded events to create content in line with the MESHKI aesthetic to drive engagement, follower growth and sales on all social channels.
Source Content Identify creators and influencers across all platforms that target different objectives to convert sales, drive engagement, drive follower growth, increase brand loyalty/awareness and encompass MESHKI's mission to empower women worldwide.
Coordinate social requests from initial reach out to a live post in a timely manner.
Negotiate creator and influencer rates in line with the Social Media Budget.
Identify and manage UGC creators from different regions to deliver content across all social platforms.
Research & Reporting Conduct analysis by reporting on the social media performance across different platforms.
Conduct industry and competitor research to put forward recommendations for content gaps and upcoming collection/bespoke launches.
Conduct and execute research for industry leading social media initiatives to expand follower growth, engagement rate and boost sales across all social platforms.
Research logistics for MESHKI's viral competitions including writing T&Cs, organizing permits, purchasing prizes and more.
Admin Assist with community engagement and management across all social platforms in a timely manner.
Assist with daily liking, commenting, and overall engagement of MESHKI's tagged customer content.
Process competition winner information and prizes to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction.
Assist the Head of Social with categorizing and processing social invoices in a timely manner.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BRING Min 2 years of experience in a social media role.
Bachelor's degree in any marketing or related field.
Extremely proficient in photo/video editing for Instagram reels and Tiktoks.
Conducting competitor and industry research.
Conceptualising and executing highly engaging social posts for both Instagram and Tiktok.
Conceptualising and executing out-of-the-box ideas for collection launches or similar on all social channels.
Creating content on photoshoots that are aligned with brand aesthetic and optimised for Tiktok and Instagram (video and photo).
Curating an aesthetic Instagram feed with a strong brand identity that ladders up to high follower growth, engagement rate and uplift in sales.
Community management across Instagram and Tiktok that align with brand tone of voice.
Curate Pinterest boards and pins to be seasonally relevant.
Reporting on social media performance using social media management tools.
Proven results in creating viral Instagram reels and Tiktoks (1 M+ views).
Developing creative briefs for creators/influencers to follow.
Social listening tools to analyse brand perception and benchmark against competitors.
Navigating ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
Keeping up to date with the reactive social media trends.
Strong understanding of historical, current and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
Working with influencers to deliver highly engaging social content.
Extremely detail oriented with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong visual, written and verbal presentation skills to communicate ideas and data in a clear, cohesive manner.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus - a background in graphic design or any design related field.
