Role Purpose
Our vision in the Martech and Decisioning team is to create data-driven ecosystems (platforms, tools, and processes) that will help us deliver a best in-class experience for our customers and prospects. We are looking for a passionate Martech Manager - Audience & Measurement to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our Martech and AdTech stack. With a focus on Audience and Measurement, you will be instrumental in shaping our marketing technology roadmap and driving the delivery of impactful initiatives to enhance audience insights and our marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to optimize our Audience & Measurement capabilities, considering factors such as platform best practices, emerging market trends, channel effectiveness and key business KPIs.
Leverage your deep knowledge of Marketing technology tools, platforms and systems to recommend and implement solutions that enhance marketing capabilities and drive efficiencies.
Design and support implementation of data collection strategies, across both website and app analytics, to enhance our Audience & Measurement capabilities.
Define and segment target audiences for paid advertising based on key data points.
Manage and develop the integration of marketing data from various sources, such as CRM systems, customer data platforms, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and digital to align marketing technology initiatives with business goals.
Develop and implement data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy regulations.
About you
Minimum Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
A highly technical, hands-on, motivated, and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams.
Strong knowledge of marketing and advertising technology landscape, including DSPs, Ad servers, Digital Analytics & tools, Tag Management, Customer data platforms, and Content management systems.
Experience with Google Marketing Platform suite, GCP, BigQuery, Looker Studio, Tealium and Segment is highly regarded.
Proficient in data management and integration, with experience in data governance and privacy regulations.
Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets through skilled project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management.
Possesses a strong understanding of measurement frameworks, including attribution modelling, incrementality studies, and A/B testing, to effectively measure campaign performance and optimisation strategies.
