ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a strategic and influential individual to join our Cotton On team as a Social Media Coordinator. You will be responsible for the execution of the brand's social media operations on all channels and platforms. You will work closely with the Social Media Specialist and Digital Marketing Specialists to plan, create, and deliver content that engages our customers and creates brand awareness that aligns with our vision and DNA. If you are customer-obsessed and enjoy creating engaging content that maximizes brand growth, this could be your new role. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualification or degree in marketing, advertising, or communications. Demonstrated experience in a similar Social Media Coordinator role. Knowledge of web analytics platforms, social media advertising, and data analysis tools. Experience collaborating with design and technical development in creating key social media platform improvements. Monitor the competitive landscape and identify relevant market, site, and consumer research needs to keep the brand at the forefront of social media in each local region. Able to communicate weekly reports on social strategy, progress against growth targets, and channel performance.
