The company employs over 4000 employees in total with around 30 employees in the Marketing team.About the Role:Reporting to the Digital and Content Manager, you will assist in the creation and implementation of social media campaigns to promote brands within the retail arm of the business and manage the day-to-day activity on our social media platforms by creating engaging content, building a content schedule and monitoring audience engagement. You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and execute the social media component of multi-channel marketing campaigns.About You:You will have 1-2 years' experience working in a social media management or marketing role. A Bachelor level qualification in Marketing, Media and/or Journalism is required for this role. You will have strong written, visual and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. You are familiar with social media platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn) and experienced in using social media accounts for organisations.
