About the Role This is your chance to be our Social Media / Content Creator extraordinaire! You'll be the mastermind behind engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and more – think TikTok trends, sizzling reels, and drool-worthy food shots!Weekend Work Heads up, some events and markets are on weekends. What We're Looking For A creative guru who is bold, organised and capable of capturing the buzz of our markets and events.A social media sorcerer/ress who knows how to keep things fresh and engaging across audiences.An open-minded team player who thrives in a fun, collaborative and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Keeping up with the latest trends – you'll be monitoring emerging trends, digital culture and news to inform strategy and content recommendations.Developing socially native content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok, while exploring new opportunities in blogging and podcasting.Contributing to the development of creative briefs for external partners that align with broader marketing and brand goals.Providing copywriting support and direction for social posts, emails (EDM and B2B), and press releases.Efficiently managing content calendars and projects across multiple brands, ensuring timely delivery within budget.Trading your desk chair for event boots every now and then. We coordinate several special event nights throughout the year, and as part of this role you'll be immersed in the heart of the action with all staff to help bring these events to life!Desired Skills & Experience 2-3 years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, PR or similar. Bonus points if this experience was within retail, hospitality or high volume FMCG.Degree or certification in marketing, communications or similar preferred, but not essential.Passion for social media and a knack for storytelling. Our motto is 'we don't sell, we tell stories'.Top-notch organisation, communication, and time management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.Excellent interpersonal skills and experience managing relationships with influencers and creatives (a plus!).Ability to create dynamic content on various platforms. Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 (based on experience) + Superannuation
