Job Description: Royal Canin has a new and exciting opportunity to take our Social & Media strategy to the next level. We want to engage more with our Pet Parents and provide engaging content and relevant information through all the latest platforms to highlight the importance of our brand.In the role of Social Media & Campaign Manager, you will have a natural talent and passion for storytelling and crafting engaging content through various platforms. You will liaise closely with various internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information to bring the brand to life. Take complete ownership of the Social & Media strategy and work closely with the team to elevate Royal Canin.
What will be your key responsibilities?Lead the end-to-end delivery of Royal Canin owned media campaigns including the creation of local content and liaise with our media agency (Medicom).Support the development of the social strategy, lead the execution to drive a positive outcome for the business (including TikTok, META, and YouTube).Lead the execution of the social influencer strategy including liaising with the influencer agency.Lead the Royal Canin video & content strategy with internal associates and external partners to support our Media campaigns and ongoing social activations.Analyse social data to evaluate community engagement & account performance while driving improvements in content and engagement through performance analysis and reporting.Provide expert advice to external Customers and the Royal Canin Pet Specialty Retail team to support the development of robust retail media plans.What are we looking for?3+ years' experience in social media, media strategy, digital marketing, influencer marketing, community management, and/or content creation (agency experience is highly valued).Proven experience in leading Brand Media campaigns across multiple channels, delivering significant impact for the business.Skilled in project management with the ability to develop clear briefs for agencies and manage multiple projects.Strong knowledge of specific social platforms; META business manager, TikTok, YouTube, etc.Excellent attention to detail and capability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.What can you expect from Royal Canin?Join a purpose-driven company in an exciting period of growth, with premium brands recommended by animal health professionals.Individualised career progression with a focus on you and your career goals.
